Definitions
In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:
- "tt777" refers to the online gaming platform operating at https://tt777.lat, including all services, products, and features accessible through that domain.
- "Platform" means the tt777 website, any associated mobile-optimized interface, and all gaming and betting services offered thereon.
- "Account" means the individual registered user account created by a Member on the Platform.
- "Member" or "You" means any individual who has completed the tt777 registration process and holds an active Account.
- "Balance" means the total Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) funds held in a Member's Account, comprising deposits, winnings, and credited bonuses less any withdrawals and wagers.
- "Real Money Balance" means the portion of the Balance derived from actual deposits and withdrawals, excluding bonus funds.
- "Bonus Balance" means funds credited to an Account pursuant to a promotion or offer, subject to separate wagering requirements.
- "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity and age verification process tt777 requires before processing withdrawals or at any other time at tt777's discretion.
- "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it and any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
- "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction from which tt777 explicitly prohibits registration or access, as updated from time to time at tt777's sole discretion.

Eligibility
To register and maintain an Account on tt777, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
- You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout the period during which you hold an Account.
- You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your place of residence.
- You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of tt777, or an immediate family member of any such person.
- You must not be accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory.
- You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by tt777 or any affiliated responsible gaming registry.
- You must not have had a previous tt777 Account closed for breach of these Terms & Conditions.
Age Verification: tt777 reserves the right to request official government-issued identification at any stage of the registration or withdrawal process to confirm eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the specified timeframe will result in Account suspension and potential forfeiture of any Bonus Balance.
tt777 is committed to preventing underage gambling. If we have reasonable grounds to believe a Member does not meet the age requirement, we will immediately suspend the Account pending KYC verification. Any winnings accumulated during a period in which an age-ineligible individual held an Account shall be void and non-payable.

Account Registration
When registering an Account on tt777, you agree to the following conditions:
- You will provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, email address, and a valid Indonesian mobile phone number.
- You will maintain the accuracy of your registration information and promptly notify tt777 of any changes via the support channels listed in Section 15.
- You will create and maintain a secure, unique password for your Account and will not disclose it to any third party.
- You will not allow any other person to access or use your Account. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your Account.
- Each individual may hold only one (1) Account on the Platform at any given time. Creating multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different identity details — is strictly prohibited.
tt777 may, at any time and at its sole discretion, request additional documentation to verify your identity, age, address, or payment method ownership as part of ongoing KYC compliance. This may include a government-issued national identity card (KTP), passport, or bank statement dated within 90 days.
If any information provided during registration is found to be false, incomplete, or misleading, tt777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the Account, void any pending or settled bets, and forfeit any Balance held therein, in accordance with applicable anti-fraud policies.

Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the tt777 Platform are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:
4.1 Deposits
- tt777 accepts deposits via the following methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
- Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing times are displayed at the point of transaction and may vary by payment method.
- Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the Member's own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in Account suspension.
- tt777 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may impose its own transfer fees for which tt777 accepts no liability.
4.2 Withdrawals
- Withdrawals will only be processed to a verified payment method registered in the Account holder's own name. The payment method must match the primary method used for the most recent deposit, unless an alternative has been formally approved by tt777's finance team.
- A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is displayed within the Account cashier at the time of the request.
- tt777 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days (WIB, UTC+7). Processing times may be extended during peak periods, public holidays including Idul Fitri and Idul Adha, or when additional KYC verification is required.
- tt777 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks on any withdrawal request, regardless of the Account's prior verification status.
- Winnings derived from wagers placed using Bonus Balance remain subject to the applicable Wagering Requirement before becoming eligible for withdrawal.
Important: If a withdrawal request cannot be completed due to inaccurate or unverifiable bank account details provided by the Member, any resulting transaction fees charged by the receiving institution will be deducted from the returned amount.

Bonuses & Promotions
tt777 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to Members. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:
- Bonuses are awarded at tt777's sole discretion and may be withdrawn, modified, or discontinued at any time without prior notice, except in cases where a bonus has already been accepted and wagering is in progress.
- Each bonus carries a specific Wagering Requirement that must be fulfilled in full before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement will be clearly stated in the promotional terms for each offer.
- Unless otherwise stated, only wagers placed on eligible games contribute to the fulfilment of a Wagering Requirement. Certain game types — including, but not limited to, specific live dealer tables, progressive jackpot slots, and certain togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw games — may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all.
- Bonuses may not be transferred between Accounts, exchanged for cash prior to fulfilment of the applicable Wagering Requirement, or combined with other promotional offers unless explicitly permitted.
- If a Member withdraws funds from their Real Money Balance while a Bonus Balance remains active and subject to an unfulfilled Wagering Requirement, the Bonus Balance and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
- tt777 reserves the right to cancel any bonus and void related winnings if it has reasonable grounds to suspect that a Member has engaged in bonus abuse, including collusive play, arbitrage betting, or the creation of multiple Accounts to claim the same offer.

Gameplay & Betting Rules
The following rules apply to all gaming and betting activity conducted on the tt777 Platform:
- All game outcomes on tt777 are determined by certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game apparatus operated under the supervision of the relevant game provider's studio.
- Minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed within each game interface and may vary by game type, table, and Account tier.
- Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it cannot be cancelled or modified by the Member. tt777 will not reverse settled bets except where a technical error demonstrably caused an incorrect outcome or incorrect odds to be displayed at the time of placement.
- In the event of a disconnection or technical failure during a game round, tt777's server records will be the definitive record of the state of play at the time of the interruption. tt777 will use reasonable endeavors to resolve interrupted rounds fairly but accepts no liability for losses caused by circumstances outside its direct control, including internet connectivity failures on the Member's side.
- For sportsbook markets, including bandar bola (sportsbook betting) and mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets, tt777 reserves the right to void, suspend, or settle markets in accordance with its published sports betting rules and in response to events such as match abandonment, postponement, or the discovery of irregular betting patterns.
- tt777 reserves the right to limit the maximum payout on any single bet or combination of bets at its sole discretion, regardless of the displayed odds at the time of placement.

Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tt777 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Balance, and referral to relevant authorities:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
- Colluding with other Members or third parties to manipulate game outcomes, exploit bonus structures, or circumvent the Platform's security systems.
- Using fraudulent, stolen, or otherwise unauthorized payment methods to fund an Account.
- Engaging in any form of money laundering or using the Platform to process funds derived from illegal activity.
- Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory through the use of VPN, proxy, or any other IP-masking technology.
- Registering or operating more than one Account on the Platform.
- Impersonating any other person or providing false identity information during registration or KYC verification.
- Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are void and will be reversed.
Anti-Money Laundering (AML): tt777 maintains a strict AML policy and is obligated to report suspicious financial activity to the relevant authorities. Members are required to cooperate fully with any AML investigation, which may include providing additional documentation and temporarily suspending withdrawal access pending review.

Intellectual Property
All content on the tt777 Platform — including but not limited to the tt777 brand name and logo, website design, software, text, graphics, images, game assets, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of tt777 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not permit you to:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works of any Platform content without prior written consent from tt777.
- Use the tt777 brand name, logo, or any associated trademarks in any commercial context or in a manner that could suggest endorsement by tt777.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform.

Privacy & Data
tt777 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an Account, you acknowledge and consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
In summary, tt777 collects personal data — including identity documents, contact details, payment information, and gameplay records — for the purposes of Account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and service improvement. tt777 does not sell personal data to third-party marketers. Data is retained for the period required by applicable regulations and deleted or anonymized thereafter.

Responsible Gaming
tt777 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing Members with the tools necessary to manage their gaming activity. The following responsible gaming measures are available to all Members free of charge through their Account settings or by contacting support:
- Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts to control your spending.
- Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you after a specified period of continuous play.
- Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend Account access for a period of 7, 14, 30, or 90 days. During a cooling-off period, login access is restricted and no marketing communications will be sent.
- Self-Exclusion: Request permanent Account closure with a self-exclusion flag. This measure is irreversible for a minimum period of six (6) months and prevents re-registration.

Limitations of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tt777 excludes all liability for:
- Any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, whether based in contract, tort, or otherwise.
- Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any service provided through it, including interruptions caused by scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, telecommunications failures, or events beyond tt777's reasonable control.
- Any unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate password security or from disclosure of your login credentials to a third party.
- The accuracy, completeness, or currentness of any information published on the Platform, including odds, statistics, and game descriptions.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit tt777's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. tt777 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Termination
tt777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to satisfy or maintain eligibility requirements, including age verification.
- Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or collusive play.
- Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within the specified timeframe.
- A Member's own request for Account closure or self-exclusion.
- A regulatory or legal obligation requiring tt777 to cease providing services to the Member.
Upon Account closure, any Real Money Balance remaining after deduction of applicable charges will be returned to the Member's verified payment method, subject to completion of all outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus Balance and any winnings derived solely from Bonus Balance are not returnable upon Account closure due to breach of these Terms & Conditions.
A Member may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting tt777 support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days, provided that no outstanding verification, bonus wagering, or dispute is pending.

Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which tt777 holds its international gaming license. By registering an Account and accepting these Terms & Conditions, you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts and arbitration bodies of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or the use of the Platform.
In the event of any dispute between a Member and tt777, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation via the support contact channels listed in Section 15. If a resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) calendar days of the dispute being raised in writing, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of tt777's licensing authority.
Nothing in this clause affects your rights as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence to the extent that those rights cannot be waived by contract.

Amendments
tt777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, tt777 will provide reasonable prior notice to active Members via the email address registered to their Account or through a prominent notice displayed on the Platform upon login.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 12. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document.
